Frequently asked questions
Is my data safe?
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, you can turn on two step verification on the Personal and Family plans, and each organization is kept separate.
Can I import from Excel?
You can export reports to PDF and Excel. Importing from an old spreadsheet is being considered. Let us know if you need it.
How do I cancel?
Anytime from the Subscription page in the app. Your account stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays safe and can be downloaded. To add or change records you need to pick a plan. You can also move down to the Free plan.
Is there a phone app?
Vaulty runs in your phone browser with a layout made for phones. An app store version is on our roadmap.
How do I pay?
Through Midtrans, so you can use bank transfer, e-wallets, QRIS, and other popular methods in Indonesia.
I live outside Indonesia. How can I subscribe?
For now, payments only work from Indonesia and through QRIS or other local methods. Fees can also differ from country to country. If you are outside Indonesia, email halo@vaulty.id and we will help you with the process and share the fee details.
